For the new student, open classes can be intimidating. Private classes are the perfect way to gain confidence, or refine your practice to reach new heights. I draw from my experience as a teacher and ex-dancer to create a supportive, open and grounding environment.
One-to-one classes are the perfect way to start your Yoga journey or dive deeper into your practice.
My private classes are designed for you and you alone, I create a relaxed and abundant environment where you can work on what your mind and body needs, whether core strengthening, injury rehabilitation, mind and body integration or energy, fitness and inspiration. Whatever your individual focus is, my sessions are the perfect way to give yourself and your body the time and space to unwind from the pressures of city life and reconnect to the spirit.
Working together towards a goal we can explore how to get your practice to the place you’d like it to be. I can either come to your home/workspace or you can come to my beautiful home studio in Dalston.
You’re welcome to come with your partner or close friend in order to set a shared goal.
