My knowledge of the body from my work in dance along with my yoga practice has made me an authentic and original yoga instructor. My classes are based around three cores; fluidity, strength, and kindness. Whether teaching Vinyasa flow, Slow flow or Restorative Yoga my focus is on breath, alignment and connection to the self.

I started practicing yoga from the age of 16 alongside my dance training. At 22 I travelled to India and further fell in love with yoga, finding the blissful combination of Asana and breath. The other part of my life is music, I am both a musician and singer, which are combined to bring unique music to my classes.

I started my own yoga studio, KIND, in 2015 which ran for a year at a fixed location. Since then KIND has evolved to spread its wings across London and beyond, working with great companies and studios, holding my own retreats and workshops as well as working with private clients. I continue a weekly East London Tuesday class which has been running for 4.5 years.

This journey allowed me to develop a strong client-base and become a confident teacher who understands the need for a professional and reliable attitude towards yoga.

Winter Warmer Retreat with Secret Yoga Club - Suffolk - 2017

Co-hosted a winter retreat with Secret Yoga Club. We used the Chakra system to nourish and connect participants before the holiday season began. This four day retreat was fully booked with women aged between 24 - 67. It was a beautiful and emotionally powerful retreat.

Be KIND Summer Yoga Retreats - Butley Priory, Suffolk - 2016 & 2017

Organised and held my first two KIND retreats which both sold-out at 22 people capacity. This experience taught me how to step into my power as a facilitator and the feedback was incredibly positive.

Visions and Goals day Retreat - 2017

Created and held a London based day retreat focusing for 20 clients including dynamic Yoga, vegan brunch, fire ceremony, vision boards making + 2018 goal setting, guided meditation and crystal bowl sound healing.
