Spring is a time of clearing, rising and stepping into the light. The 5th of May is the start of a new moon, honouring the moon and the seasons brings a simple purity to life, a clarity of mind and an invitation for internal growth on our personal journeys.

This is the ultimate Spring clean. Use your May Bank holiday wisely in a retreat that serves new beginnings, restoration, clarity and fresh perspective.

During this 5 days immersion we will create ways to come into deeper contact with ourselves. Allow the layers of illusion to dissolve, our truth to be felt and hearts to be heard. We will work to open and strengthen our bodies.  Coming closer to our spiritual essence in a declaration of self care. Essentially, we create space to come back to the home of who we are.

Restorative and flowing Vinyasa Yoga will be our base, periods of stillness and nature will become our wings. Movement, play, creativity reflect back the joy of this season. Committing to  Ceremony will support us to release, receive and align.

The weaving of music, mantra, vocal toning and sound healing throughout the retreat will spiral us into resonance. Resonance is the base of all that exists, by consciously working with it we can unlock deep state of peace and harmony with the world around us.

A family like community is at the centre of all KIND Retreats. Coming together as a group is a huge part of the inner healing which naturally occurs, this is an inclusive retreat, we have no age, gender or religious preference. Come as you are, bring your mum, sister, friend, lover, the only experience needed is life experience!

With this in mind our 5 days will be active and dynamic and some Yoga experience may be helpful to fully receive the benefits from our time together. If you have any conditions, in regards to if you are right for this retreat feel free to email me or request a phone call. I am more than happy to talk it though with you.

This is soul work, it’s the space and time we all deserve in this busy world and you are so very welcome to come and join our KIND family.

JAYNA CAVENDISH

"I am in love with the communities that are created through my work. Holding retreats, sharing knowledge and creating spaces for people to thrive, connect and be free is my passion. I am a strong believer in the power of the mind, our bodies ability to heal, the importance of creativity and soul connection. This is at the heart of my KIND work, it has brought me peace within myself and I hope I can share some of that with you!"

Jayna originally trained as a dancer before falling in love with Yoga in India in 2010. Her experience in dance and her various training's across the globe have given her classes a unique style with a focus on loving the self.

Jayna started teaching at KIND Yoga 5 years ago. Her classes range from slow, connected flows, to dynamic vinyasa practices, whatever is needed at the moment to integrate the body, mind and heart. Her focus is on the connection to the spirit in combination with the strength of the body and correct alignment. Jayna’s KIND classes nourish and support whoever is on the mat, whether you are a total beginner or experienced Yogi. Music plays a big importance in her practice whether in the form of live music, playlists, mantras or group sounding.

Jayna will be leading the retreat supported by two lovely assistants, along with her partner George and KIND karma yogis Lucy and Holly.

A 1-1 bodywork and massage therapist will be on site, sessions can be booked on separately.

Karma Yogi Holly will be offering a Lavender Fingers aromatherapy workshop, introducing you to the power of essential oils and how they can support your daily life.
