Gift yourself or a loved one a day to plant the seeds of your visions and dreams for 2019
Yoga, Visioning, Creativity, Writing, Mediation, Ceremony, Cacao, Sound Healing, Co-Creating
The New Year is always a good time to nurture intentions and desires. However, the cold month of January can be discouraging unless you keep the fire burning strong! Join KIND for a heartwarming day of flowing Vinyasa Yoga, visualisation, vegan brunch, sound healing, meditation, vision board creating, ceremonial cacao and goal setting. With heaps of hot chai, laughter, love and good company!
I have been working with the power of intention for many years, by stepping into the thought process and state we wish to attract, we can open up to a universal flow that brings us just that. The collective effort of a group of people coming together to raise energetic vibration can be incredibly powerful and enjoyable. Together we can do what we can not do alone!
In this workshop, we will focus on opening our minds to positive potentials though simple but effective techniques, we will let go of negative thought patterns that hold us back and assisted by the shamanic ceremonial grade Peruvian cacao , allow ourselves to dance upward into our dream place through sound healing. Here, goals and simple direction arrive through intuition, surrender and allowing rather than force.
