Founder of KIND Jayna Cavendish will lead the retreat. Her classes balance the physical and the holistic focusing on the connection between body and spirit in combination with strength and correct alignment.
Co-managing the weekend will be Dandy Diwangkara, founder of gowithdandy.com. Apart from teaching yoga, Dandy organises wellness retreat in beautiful places in Asia, Europe and the US. He is excited working with Jayna again after previous successful retreats.
Food coach and yoga teacher Pandora Paloma, founder of ROOTED London, will be creating a delicious and healthy plant-based menu made from the finest organic ingredients.
This weekend is open to you whether you are a total beginner or experienced Yogi. All are welcome.
Butley Priory, originally a 14th century monastery, is located in the heart of the Suffolk Heritage Coast. It is just a two-hour drive from London, surrounded by woods, river and shingle beach. Butley Priory is a fairy tale dream come true.
A train from Liverpool Street in London takes approx. 1 hour 40 minutes. The nearest train station is Melton (Suffolk), where transport can be arranged to Butley Priory.
The drive is roughly 2 hours from London.
